Cross House Hotel
The Cross House Hotel is a successful three storey community pub situated in a largely residential area of Gateshead. Trading areas consist of a main bar, raised seating area and separate darts and pool areas. In addition, this pub has the benefit of having six letting bedrooms. Until recently the pub has been home to pool and darts teams, which we would expect to easily be reinstated.
The Cross House Hotel offers an excellent opportunity for a new tenant to build the existing wet trade and benefit from developing the letting business.
